During a long hike having some fresh, warm bread is a luxury – but also an excellent additional source of food. My goal is to develop a perfect recipe for flatbread, which is has great nutritional value. Even if you can it wheat, it is a useless ingredient to carry around. Best ingredients for a thin flatbread are: quinoa, amaranth, soybean flour, almond flour, nuts and seeds.

At home, using a good nonstick pan, all recipes succeed admirably well – it’s not the same on a thin aluminum pan on fire. I haven’t found the perfect recipe yet – these here below are the best ones so far. Comments and suggestions for improvement are welcome!
